Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are only accepted in case of:

    • Damaged product

    • Incorrect item received

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

Return Request Time

  • You must request a return within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requests after this time will not be accepted.

Proof Requirement

  • Customers must provide:

    • Clear unboxing video

    • Pictures showing the issue

Refund Policy

  • We do not offer cash refunds.

  • Eligible returns will be processed as:

    • Exchange with same or another product

    • Store credit (if item is out of stock)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Change of mind

  • Slight color differences (due to lighting/screens)

  • Minor stitching variations
